Rain has 25 years overall experience crossing the fields of counselling, coaching, adult education/training, retreat facilitation, wilderness quest guiding, sacred ceremony, and psychology.

 

Rain is passionate about our remembrance of whom we truly are as unique, free and whole beings. She supports people to develop an intimate clarity and understanding of what is most important for them in life, and in wider service to the planet. She aims to illuminate and honour the hidden truths, qualities, visionary experiences, purpose & life callings of the deeper Self.

 

Rain’s work aims to cultivate visionary, purposeful, authentic, soul-based, nature-based living. She understands the challenge that navigating this can pose. With this in mind, Rain offers people a compassionate and confidential deep listening sanctuary for attending to sensitive inner work, including what is timely to change, let heal, explore, develop, move beyond, or perhaps take action with. Her approach offers clients a fine-tuned, gentle, therapeutic alliance that aims to offer a high relational safety and understanding.

 

Her therapeutic style aligns with the principles of interpersonal neurobiology, eco-psychology, process-oriented techniques, mind-body connection, deep imagination, and sub-personality work. Her depth-work approach offers an invitation to explore and integrate inner shadow, potential, gifts, personal narrative and transformational journey.

 

Rain has been an active participant and committee member for the Aus-NZ Soulcraft in connection to Animus Valley Institute founded by Bill Plotkin, and has offered teaching for Ikon Institute’s Bachelor in Integrative Psychotherapy. Previous engagements outside of psychology-related private practice have included lecturing for nine years Nature Care College’s Diploma in Transpersonal Coaching (Sydney, NSW), and holding Professional Certification (PCC status) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), and guiding wilderness quests.
